Edie Patterson, Principal

I've worked in small businesses and nonprofits for the past 25+ years, as a manager, volunteer, board member and association executive. I'm trained in facilitation, board development and strategic planning, as well as organizational assessment strategies. I also have experience with government relations, grassroots support development, communications and communications strategy and fund development, including planned giving and annual fundraising. I am an alumna of the Lead Virginia program of 2010.

Development and program implementation with The National Civic League office in Washington D.C.

Board experience with the Junior League of Washington, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Virginia, The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club of Richmond.

Facilitation with public housing authorities, telecoms, schools and small businesses.

Strategic Planning and board development with nonprofits in Washington D.C, Charlottesville Virginia and the Northern Neck of Virginia.

Bob Patterson, Associate

Bob's principal experience over 30+ years is in the financial services industry, with a focus on the proper development and implementation of investment strategies, manager oversight and fiduciary best practice compliance for the boards of directors of industry assocations, nonprofits and community hospitals and foundations. Beth Coakley, Associate

Beth has extensive fundraising and development experience, as well as a Masters in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her work has included annual campaign development and oversight, capital campaigns and communications. She is a graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond.
